KKS Units are reliable and robust. They are entirely made out of stainless steel or in specific cases of chemical resistant polymers. Size and configuration are designed according your specific needs.
Some important factors to be considered for mould-cleaning:
Ultrasonic System: The placement of the ultrasonic transducers, its power and frequency are key factors and of utmost importance for the cleaning result
Level of the liquid within the tank : By the different and quite often large volumes of the tools to be cleaned one has to make sure that the excessive water can overflow into an equalizing tank in order to make sure that liquid level remains constant. A correctly dimensioned overflow of the bath results in a good rinsing of the work piece in the bath.
Oil-separator / integrated oil-skimmer : The ultrasonic cleaning does release oil and grease from the tools. Those do accumulate at the surface of the liquid and do constantly overflow into the equalizing tank, where they are continuously kimmed and eliminated from the circuit of the cleaning liquid.
The play in between equalizing tank and oil-skimmer does guarantee that no oil is on the surface of the cleaning liquid and would contaminate the tools while they are taken of the tank.
Pump-filter circuit :
A correctly designed pump-filter circuit does eliminate particles and grease from the cleaning liquid. It is important that it is constructed according the size of the cleaning unit and the parts to be cleaned.
